“Nick, I’m rarely moved in today’s world to offer words of testimony, either in praise of a product, or for services rendered. However, what you did for me, is an exception. I’ve lost track of time, but seemingly years ago, I approached you with a question concerning some used buildings I’d seen on your site. First you asked me where the building was to be built geographically, and then you asked me what purpose the building would serve. Our time was short, but you promised to get back to me. When you called back, you’d researched my county for weather conditions, and building codes. We went through the list of used buildings and one by one crossed them off of the list. You asked me what I wanted in a building, and after many calls you recommended the building that I now have. I’ve had other experiences with basically mail order projects, with a variety of results, usually dismal. The building came on schedule, and it was loaded so that there was no damage during loading, or transport. Cover sheets protected all painted surfaces, and everything was included in the order. All parts were clearly labeled. Imagine my pleasant surprise. Everything came on schedule, and nothing was damaged. I’d heard horror stories from the builders that I’d solicited opinions from about missing, or mismarked, or miss made parts, all of which requiring a lot of extra work, to build an inferior product. Everything fit. You returned all calls, or texts, and when there was a small glitch between wind bracing and the doors we’d selected, you provided engineering, and additional components in a timely manner, to make everything fit per plan, and design. Like I said earlier, it’s rare today to deal with someone that says what they can, and will do, and then does it without exception. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
