Steel Building in Maricopa, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Maricopa, Arizona, in mid-March of 2022.
Now in use as a shop, the insulated, energy-efficient steel building offers unmatched structural integrity and is 50’x80’x18’ when raised. High ceilings and a column-free interior maximize usable space, and a durable, corrosion-resistant gable roof provides protection overhead.
The steel shop has (8) framed door and window openings throughout, among them (2) 10’x10’ openings enclosing heavy-duty insulated overhead doors, (1) 14’x16’ opening housing a heavy-duty insulated overhead door, and (5) 3070 openings enclosing 3070 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks.
In the roof is high R-value, R-30 insulation with a roof vapor barrier, which helps the building regulate interior temperatures while lowering lifelong energy costs. Other key features include exterior wainscoting, gutters and downspouts, and a 115-mph wind load.
