Steel Building in Miami, Florida
Metal Building Outlet sourced this preconstructed metal building in Miami, Florida, in June of 2017.
Boasting bold, Aztec blue paint, the building stands 30’x40’x16’ in size, and it now functions as a storage building. Crafted from high-end steel components, the structure is covered from above by a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and (6) framed openings serve as additional features. Included are (1) 14’x14’ opening and (5) 3030 openings intended for windows.
In consideration of Miami’s tropical monsoon climate and the sometimes-considerable storms, hurricanes and wind patterns that come through the area, the building also features a high, 180-mph wind speed rating.
A major Eastern port city set within south Florida’s Miami-Dade County, Miami and its surrounding region are situated along a plain that runs between Biscayne Bay and the Everglades. The city sits about 29 miles from Fort Lauderdale and about 74 miles outside West Palm Beach.
