Metal Building Outlet supplied this sturdy, pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Oroville, California, in January of 2015.

Boasting appealing light stone paint and an abundance of useful features and accessories, the building is now used as a shop and has a finished size of 40’x60’x14′. Crafted from Garco Building Systems components, the building has a rugged galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Additional steel building features include (2) framed openings, (1) 12’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 walk door.

Oroville experiences a warm, Mediterranean climate with minimal precipitation. A wind speed of 110 was included at the time of construction to maximize durability. Located in Northern California’s Butte County, Oroville sits about 100 miles outside Redding and 65 miles from the California State Capital of Sacramento.
