Metal Building Outlet sourced this preconstructed steel building in Panaca, Nevada, in mid-May of 2017.
The insulated, charcoal gray building boasts a complementing rustic red roof with a 3:12 pitch, and it stands 36’x50’x14’ in size once fully erect. Crafted from high-end steel components, the structure now functions as a shop, and it features (4) framed openings varying in size. These include (1) 10’x14’ opening, (1) 10’x8’ opening, (1) 6’x3’ opening and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 commercial walk door.
The building also offers an effective insulation package, which enhances energy efficiency and keeps energy bills low while allowing users to maintain comfort, regardless of the temperature outside. Additional accommodations include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 pounds, enhancements made with respect for the weather patterns common throughout Panaca and the surrounding landscape.
A part of eastern Nevada’s Lincoln County, the town of Panaca sits not far from the Utah border. The town, which is one of only two in the state that do not allow gambling, sits about 60 miles outside Cedar City, Utah, and about 11 miles from Pioche.
