Now functioning as an auto body shop, the building features top-quality steel construction and stands 34’x40’x15’ when raised. A broad clear span and high overhead clearance easily accommodate vehicles in a range of different sizes, and a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant gable roof provides reliable protection overhead.

A 30-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional upgrades made in adherence to the building and engineering codes currently in place in Prescott.
