Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered, insulated metal building in Raleigh, North Carolina, in early May of 2017.
Robust, attractive and accommodating, the building is comprised of premium-quality steel materials, and it stands 50’x100’x14’ in size. Overhead, a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch protects it against the elements, and inside the steel building are (3) framed openings. These include (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ roll-coil doors and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.
To keep energy bills low and building users comfortable and content, the steel structure features R-10 insulation within its roof and walls. A snow load of 10 pounds and a wind speed rating of 130 mph are additional features added with respect for the climate and weather patterns typical of Raleigh and the surrounding region. The capital of North Carolina, the city of Raleigh falls within Wake County, in the north-central part of the state. Raleigh sits about two hours outside Atlantic Beach and about 155 miles south of Richmond.
