Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) pre-engineered metal buildings for a customer in New Windsor, New York, in 2022. The owner purchased them with plans to merge the two structures into one single building.

Designed for miscellaneous use, the buildings are identical in size and have versatile, wide-open interiors thanks to clear-span designs. They have attractive, painted exteriors with 4’ of complementing wainscoting and transition trim, and they also feature (4) 6060 windows that let plenty of natural light inside.

Both metal buildings have gutters and downspouts along their roofs that help divert rain or snow away from the rooftop, helping prevent condensation and water damage. The buyer also confirmed the local building codes to which these buildings must adhere with his local building department and MBO had them designed appropriately, engineering them with high wind loads.
