Secure, energy efficient and easy to maintain, the buildings boast Light Stone-colored exteriors with matching roofs with 3:12 pitches. The first building stands 54’x44’x18’ in size, and the second, 18’x44’x16’ in size, and together, they serve storage purposes.

Distributed between the (2) steel storage buildings are (14) framed openings varying broadly in terms of size and purpose, among them (2) 14’x8’ openings, (1) 12’x14’ opening, (4) 3070 walk door openings, (6) 6’x4’ framed openings, (1) 4’x4’ opening and (1) 3’x2’ opening. The storage buildings also feature a high-performing insulation package that helps stored goods maintain consistent temperatures, and it includes R-30 insulation within the roof and R-19 insulation within the walls.
