Metal Building Outlet sent the building kit for this pre-engineered steel commercial building to Green River, Wyoming, in January 2024.

The building’s wide clear span creates a flexible, unobstructed interior floorplan, making it ideal for use as a warehouse, office, restaurant or retail operation. The addition of seven 4’x4′ windows allows plenty of sunlight inside, brightening the interior while boosting employee morale. The building also has eight 3’x10’8″ light-transmitting roof panels that allow additional natural light inside, reducing the need for artificial lighting while lowering the building’s electric bills.

Other notable steel building customizations include a painted roof that helps prevent rust or corrosion and seven doors in several sizes that make it easy to access different parts of the building.
