Prefabricated Steel Commercial Building in McCarran, Nevada

A client in McCarran, Nevada, needed a versatile, climate-controlled steel building to use for commercial purposes and ordered this pre-engineered metal commercial building from Metal Building Outlet in July 2024.

Supplied for a commercial contracting company, the spacious, energy efficient steel commercial building features 8,475 square feet of unobstructed interior space well-suited for housing construction equipment, building materials and offices. Cool White walls, a Royal Blue trim package and color-change wainscoting give the business nice curb appeal, while seven windows in two sizes allow natural sunlight inside, creating a comfortable, welcoming interior.

A high-performance, high R-value insulation system in the roof and walls keeps energy expenses low and building users comfortable, regardless of outside climate conditions. The roof holds R-38 fiberglass insulation, while the walls contain R-25 fiberglass insulation. A liner panel installed over the fiberglass blankets helps protect them from damage while giving the inside of the steel commercial building a clean, professional appearance.

Gutters and downspouts along both sidewalls are additional commercial building customizations, helping divert moisture away from the structure’s roof and outside walls. Durable, low-maintenance and thoughtfully customized to meet the needs of the owner’s business, this prefabricated metal commercial building provides reliable protection from the elements while giving employees a safe, secure place to store inventory and do their jobs.
