Steel Commercial Storage Building & Lean-To in Hazen, North Dakota
Metal Building Outlet sent the building kits for these two pre-engineered commercial storage buildings to Hazen, North Dakota, in July 2024.
Engineered for the region’s harsh climate, the main metal storage building, and the attached steel lean-to have high wind and heavy snow loads, making them well-suited for Hazen’s varying temperatures and substantial snow accumulation. The main commercial storage building has high ceilings and a wide clear span that maximize storage space. The lean-to creates additional sheltered space for goods that need overhead protection from the elements, but not the same level of protection the enclosed building provides.
There are also 15 door openings in the commercial storage complex, making it easy to access stored items without having to navigate through the entire space. Durable, attractive and smartly designed, this steel storage building and attached lean-to protect valuable assets from the elements, helping them maintain their functionality and resale value regardless of outside conditions.
