Attractive and highly energy efficient, the steel building features premium-quality steel construction and undergoes use as a home. Saddle Tan in color, the metal house stands 40’x50’x13’ in size, and it has a complementing, Light Stone-colored roof with a 3:12 pitch overhead that protects its interior from the Colorado elements.
Among its key features is a high-performing insulation package that includes high R-value, R-38 fiberglass insulation in the roof and R-19 insulation in the walls.
