Designed and engineered to attach to an existing steel building, this office building seamlessly integrates with the client’s existing infrastructure, maximizing space while enhancing functionality.

This pre-engineered metal office building boasts a range of innovative design features customized to meet the client’s needs. The office building also lacks wall sheeting on one end, allowing the interior to open directly into the existing building.

The exterior of the steel office building is in Ash Gray color with Burnished Slate trim, gutters and downspouts, ensuring a sleek and professional appearance and superior drainage. The building has 2’ of color-change wainscoting with transition trim adorning all sheeted walls, and Metal Building Outlet also incorporated custom rake trim to match the existing building on the property and ensure a cohesive look.

Built to stand strong despite Kansas’ variable climate, the clear-span steel office building meets or exceeds local building codes. The low side wall also sits atop a 2′ stem wall, providing additional stability and protection against moisture.
