Prefabricated Steel Personal Storage Building in Bennett, Colorado

When a resident of Bennett, Colorado, needed a durable, reliable metal building to use for personal storage, he contacted Metal Building Outlet, which delivered this custom pre-engineered steel storage building to the northeastern Colorado community in mid-September 2024.

Insulated and energy-efficient, the building offers 200 square feet of climate-controlled storage space, allowing for the storage of temperature-sensitive items in addition to traditional tools, goods or equipment. The storage building has R-19 faced insulation in its roof and walls, and some of it also features high R-value, R-30 insulation blankets with heavy-duty WMP-VRR+ facing on the side facing inward, giving the storage building’s interior a clean, finished look.

The steel storage building also has two large windows that brighten up the inside by letting plenty of natural light flow through, creating a warm, welcoming interior. Durable, practical and low-maintenance, the metal storage building protects the owner’s assets from the Colorado elements, helping preserve their usefulness and resale value despite the state’s varied climate.
