Steel Shop Building in Brighton, Colorado
Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel shop building for a customer located in Brighton, Colorado, in December of 2016.
Designed with supreme energy efficiency in mind, the metal building is made using top-of-the-line steel components, and it is now an operational shop. Its’ roof is made of hardwearing Galvalume metal. Distributed throughout the steel structure are (3) framed openings of varying sizes and functions.
To help the building maintain comfortable, consistent temperatures throughout the year, a high-performance insulation package is installed in the roof and walls. The insulation also helps keep energy bills associated with the building low, particularly with respect for the often-variable temperatures experienced throughout the Brighton area. An adequate snow load and wind speed rating are additional project features, and they, too, were included in consideration of the weather patterns characteristic of the region.
