Now functioning as a shop, the robust building stands 60’x100’x15’ in size and is crafted from top-of-the-line steel components. Rugged, long-lasting and low maintenance, the prefabricated steel structure is protected overhead by a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.

In consideration of the weather and climate patterns common throughout Fulshear and the surrounding area, a wind speed rating of 110 mph is included as an additional shop building feature. Texas engineer-stamped drawings were also included with the purchase of the structure. A part of the Houston – The Woodlands – Sugar Land metropolitan area, Fulshear is situated within northwest Fort Bend County, in southeastern Texas. It lies about 35 miles from Wharton and 13 miles outside Katy.
