Metal Building Outlet supplied this insulated, climate-controlled metal shop building for a client in Tolleson, Arizona, in March of 2023.

Bright, airy and spacious, the clear-span metal shop has an open floorplan and (14) light-transferring panels in the roof that brighten up the interior. Easy to access thanks to (9) door openings, the metal building also has gutters and downspouts along both side walls, which divert moisture away from the building and help prevent condensation, mold and mildew.

An insulation package keeps the building comfortable during all four seasons in Arizona, and some of the doors are also insulated. In the roof, the shop has a 6” layer of R-19 insulation, while the walls hold 4” layers of R-13 insulation with VRR+ facing.
