Prefabricated Steel Storage Building & Lean-To in Inchelium, Washington
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pair of pre-engineered metal buildings for a client in Inchelium, Washington, in May 2024.
The buildings include a larger, cold-formed steel storage building and a smaller, attached metal lean-to. Both steel buildings have 1’ overhangs that create extra covered storage space, and both have hefty wind and snow loads to meet the weather-related demands of the area.
The main metal storage building has 3.25” of R-10 fiberglass insulation in the roof, which regulates interior temperatures and keeps them ideal for storage. The main building also has two 3030 windows that allow natural light inside.
The buildings also have numerous entry options, with 10 separate entry points in different sizes accommodating a wide variety of storage needs. Durable, water-tight and engineered to last, the buildings create a rugged, reliable storage space the owner can use to house and protect valuables and preserve their resale value.
