Energy-Efficient Steel Warehouse in Brigham City, Utah

Supplied by Metal Building Outlet in August 2023, this pre-engineered steel warehouse building in Brigham City, Utah, is now a warehouse.

The custom, climate-controlled metal building has almost 17,000 square feet of usable warehouse space, and high, 30’ ceilings create plenty of additional room for storage. The steel warehouse has heavy wind and snow loads to meet the area’s strict building code requirements, and Sandstone exterior paint and downspouts and Forest Green gutters and trim help the building blend well with its natural surroundings.

An insulation package keeps the metal warehouse’s energy bills low and the goods stored inside at consistent temperatures. The roof has 6” of R-19 fiberglass insulation, while the walls have 4” of R-13 insulation.

Other warehouse customizations include light band panels that let natural light filter inside and gutters and downspouts that help rain and snow drain off the roof and away from the warehouse’s walls and foundation. In addition to the kit for the warehouse, itself, Metal Building Outlet also provided an engineer-stamped foundation plan.
