When raised, the shop stands 30’x30’x10’ and has a broad clear span, and overhead, a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof offers protection from the elements while diverting rain and snow off the rooftop.
The steel workshop has (3) framed openings allowing access inside. Engineered for the climate of the Mancos area, which sometimes sees heavy seasonal snowfall, the metal shop building also features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a high, 60-pound snow load.
