Insulated, expertly designed and built to last, the building boasts striking, light stone paint and now operates as a shop. Crafted from high-end steel components, it stands 50’x80’x16’ in size, and its corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof has a 1:12 roof pitch.

Distributed throughout the shop are (10) framed openings varying by size and function, among them (2) 16’x14’ openings, (6) 4030 windows and (2) 3070 framed openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors. Also included is R-13 insulation within the structure’s roof and walls, which helps shop users stay comfortable throughout the year while keeping energy bills low and manageable.
