Now used as a garage by the owner, the steel building stands 60’x100’x16’ in size once fully erect and is constructed using premium-grade steel. Its roof is made of exceedingly durable and corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 roof pitch. The building houses (4) framed openings varying in size and function, which include (1) 20’x14’ opening, (1) 14’x14’ opening and (2) additional openings enclosing 3070 walk doors for convenient building access.
Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the structure boasts R-10 metal building insulation in both its roof and walls. In addition to reducing energy expenditures for the building, the insulation helps muffle outside noise while keeping interior temperatures comfortable and consistent year-round.
