Now functioning as a garage, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building stands 30’x40’x10’ in size, and overhead, a hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch protects the interior against the elements. Distributed throughout the garage, which is comprised of top-quality steel components, are (4) framed openings varying in size, among them (1) 6’x3’ opening, (1) 10’x10’ opening, (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening and (1) 8’x8’ opening.
