Metal Building in Dunnigan, California

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a buyer in Dunnigan, California, in March of 2016.

Attractive, energy efficient and low maintenance, the building is crafted from hardwearing steel components, and it stands 30’x40’x12’ in size. Now used as a shop, the building is covered overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside the steel structure are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 14’x9’ openings and (1) that houses a 20-gauge, 3070 walk door for convenient user access.

Installed within the building’s roof and walls is R-3 insulation with accompanying VRR Plus facing, and the structure also features a high wind speed of 155 mph. The wind speed was included to enhance durability with respect to the climate typical of greater Dunnigan. Formerly known as Antelope, Dunnigan is a part of Yolo County. It is situated about 86 miles outside Stockton and about 38 miles from Sacramento.

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) pre-engineered steel buildings for a customer in Morongo Valley, California, in late January of 2016.

Constructed from premium-grade components, the low maintenance, energy-efficient buildings boast black rust-colored paint and a complementing brown roof. Building A stands 40’x50’x10’ in size and its roof has a varied pitch, while Building B, a lean-to-only roof structure, stands 8’x50’x9’4” and has a 1:12 roof pitch. Also included in this metal building project are (13) framed openings varying in size and function. These include (3) 3030 single-slope openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening, (8) 3040 windows and (1) 4070 door.

To reduce energy costs for the building while improving inside comfort and noise control, R-13 insulation was included in Building A’s roof and walls during construction. The building also features a wind speed of 110 mph, an addition that was made to boost durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns common throughout Morongo Valley and the surrounding region.

A census-designated place in Southern California’s San Bernardino County, Morongo Valley lies about 59 miles from San Bernardino and about 32 miles outside Palm Desert.

Fox grey in color, the steel building is now used as a shop by the owner. It stands 40’x60’x12’ in size and boasts a durable, rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch overhead. Inside the metal shop building are (2) framed openings; (1) that’s 10’x10’ in size and houses a 10’x10’ roll-coil door, and (1) which holds a 3070 standard knockdown entry and exit door for convenient user access.

To ensure maximum durability in regard to the area’s typical climate conditions and weather patterns, a wind speed of 110 mph was included at the time of construction.

Crafted from premium-grade building components supplied by Garco Building Systems, the brick red steel structure boasts a finished size of 30’x50’x14’, and it is now used as a shop by the owner. Overhead is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch, and inside are (2) framed openings. The first is a 12’x12’ opening, and the second houses (1) 6070 door. To enhance the building’s energy efficiency and help it maintain comfortable, consistent interior temperatures year-round, R-13 insulation is installed in the building’s walls, and R-19 insulation is installed overhead in its roof.

In consideration of the typical climate patterns of coastal California, the steel building is constructed with a wind speed of 110 mph. A city located in Southern California’s Santa Barbara County, Lompoc is situated about 55 miles from Santa Barbara and 27 miles outside Santa Maria.

Building features include a heavy-duty galvalume roof and (4) framed openings, which include (1) 3070 walk door, (1) 10’x12’ opening and (2) 4040 windows to maximize natural sunlight inside.

Cottonwood is prone to a sunny, mild climate with little to no snowfall and occasional strong winds. With this in consideration, the shop was built with a wind speed of 110 mph. A census-designated place in Northern California’s Shasta County, Cottonwood sits about 99 miles outside Yuba City and 16 miles from Redding.

The striking, sandstone-colored building is now used as a warehouse by Canby’s Double Fish Ranch. The massive metal structure stands 150’x200’x16’ in size and is covered by a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Constructed from Nucor Building Systems components, the steel structure has (4) framed openings, which include (2) 14’x14’ overhead doors and (2) 3070 walk doors.

In an effort to maintain consistent interior temperatures and achieve high energy efficiency, the California metal building was constructed with R-19 insulation in both its roof and its walls. To ensure maximum durability regardless of weather conditions, it was designed with a wind speed of 110 mph, as well as, a snow load of 40 lbs.
