Metal Building in Carroll, Iowa

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building for a customer in Carroll, Iowa in mid-October of 2014.

Polar white in color and crafted from Garco Building Systems components, the eye-catching, 40’x60’14’ prefabricated metal building is now used as a shop. It’s covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and boasts a variety of framed openings, including (1) 18’x12’ opening and (3) 12’x12’ openings. The metal building also contains (1) 3070 walk door and (3) 3030 windows.

In consideration of Carroll’s strong wind patterns and occasionally heavy seasonal snowfall, the prefabricated building was constructed with a high wind speed of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 25 lbs.

The City of Carroll is located within Carroll County, in central Iowa. It lies about 107 miles outside Sioux City and 67 miles from Ames.

Metal Building in Pick City, North Dakota

Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this preconstructed metal building in Pick City, North Dakota, in January of 2020.

Designed to hold its own against extreme temperatures and weather patterns, the building currently functions as a shop and features durable, top-of-the-line steel construction. When erect, it is 50’x60’x16’ in size and has high overhead clearance and a wide clear span that maximize usable space.

The roof of the metal shop has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting, and (3) framed openings offer convenient access inside. Found throughout the workshop are (2) 16’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3’4”x7’2” walk door. The steel building also features several customizations added with regard for the climate characteristics of Pick City and the surrounding landscape, among them a 35-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

Home to just a few hundred residents, Pick City is a part of North Dakota’s Mercer County. It sits about 64 miles south of Minot and roughly 172 miles outside Williston.

Metal Building in Cross Roads, Texas

Metal Building in Gravois Mills, Missouri

Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered metal building in Gravois Mills, Missouri, in February of 2020.

Used as a shop, the building is comprised of durable, high-end steel parts, and once erect, it stands an expansive 110’x250’x19.5’ in size. High overhead clearance allows for oversize equipment or additional storage or manufacturing space, while a bright White exterior enhances the shop’s aesthetic appeal.

Protecting the interior of the workshop from overhead is a heavy-duty Galvalume steel roof with a 3.5:12 pitch, and (3) framed openings are additional noteworthy features. Found throughout the workshop are (1) 14’x14’ overhead door opening and (2) 3’x7’ walk door openings. Additional customizations made with respect for building code requirements currently in place at the building address include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load.

A small village with only a few hundred residents, Gravois Mills is a part of central Missouri’s Morgan County. It lies about 7 miles south of Versailles and about 10 miles north of Sunrise Beach.

Metal Building in Lake Placid, Florida

Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Lake Placid, Florida, in October of 2019.

Rugged, long-lasting and energy efficient, the building has an attractive, Light Stone exterior, and its owner uses it as a shop. Comprised of rugged, hardwearing steel sheeting, the building stands 40’x50’x18’ in size, offering a wide clear span that maximizes interior floor space and high overhead clearance that makes it appropriate for any number of different uses.

The roof of the metal shop has a 2:12 roof pitch and is comprised of rugged Galvalume panels, and (5) framed openings serve as additional notable features. Distributed throughout the metal workshop are (2) 12’x14’ overhead openings, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 3’x10’ opening. Within its roof and walls, the shop has layers of R-10 fiberglass insulation, which create a more comfortable, all-season environment while keeping building users out of Florida’s heat and humidity. Because the Lake Placid area sometimes sees strong storm activity, a high, 140-mph wind speed rating is an additional project attribute.

Part of the Sebring metropolitan statistical area, the town of Lake Placid is part of Florida’s Highlands County. It lies about 16 miles south of Sebring and about 58 miles outside Clewiston.

Metal Shop Building in El Centro, California

Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated metal building for a customer in El Centro, California, in June of 2016.

Now used as a shop building, the structure stands 40’x60’x16’6” in size and boasts striking, light stone-colored paint. Crafted from premium-quality steel components, the building is covered and protected overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Metal Building in Petersburg, West Virginia

Metal Building Outlet was pleased to supply this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Petersburg, West Virginia, in June of 2019.

Currently, the rugged, built-to-last metal building functions as a shop for Grant County Mulch, a mulch supplier that serves customers across Petersburg and much of West Virginia. Attractive and accommodating, the building boasts a bold, Rustic Red exterior, and once raised, it stands 55’x100’x20’.

It has a wide clear span, freeing up as much interior floor space as possible, and high overhead clearance, which makes the building particularly versatile. The roof of the metal shop, meanwhile, is Burnished Slate in color with a modest 1:12 pitch, and distributed throughout the shop are (4) framed openings. Featured are (2) 16’x16’ openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings housing (2) 3070 walk doors.

A 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations that make the shop particularly well-suited for life in the region while keeping it in compliance with local building codes. Part of eastern West Virginia’s Grant County, Petersburg underwent incorporation in 1910. The community sits about 29 miles outside Franklin, West Virginia, and about 12 miles southwest of Moorefield.
