Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this prefabricated metal building in Montgomery, Alabama, in December of 2019.

Rugged, engineered to last and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building currently functions as an auto repair shop, providing a safe, covered space to work, store assets, service cars and trucks or otherwise utilize. When raised, the pre-engineered metal shop stands an expansive 135’x250’x24’ in size, and it has high overhead clearance, freeing up more space for storage, manufacturing and the like.

The shop’s roof has a mild 2:12 pitch and is comprised of robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume sheeting, which protects the interior of the building from the elements, pests and other possible hazards. The roof and walls of the shop contain layers of R-10 insulation, which makes for a more comfortable environment while simultaneously lowering energy expenses related to the property.

Other accommodations made with regard for local climate patterns and building codes include a 5-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Firth, Idaho, in September of 2017.

Built to last the long haul and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building boasts a bold, rustic red exterior and now serves as a shop. Overhead lies a rugged, burnished slate-colored metal roof with a 3:12 pitch, and the building itself is comprised of top-quality steel components and stands 40’x80’x16’ in size.

To ensure year-round comfort for building users, the shop also boasts an insulation package. In its roof, it has high-performance, R-19 insulation, while R-13 insulation sits within its walls. The insulation also helps muffle noise while keeping energy bills manageable for building owners. Additional attributes include (10) framed openings varying in size, among them (1) 12’x14’ opening, (1) 10’x10’ opening, (2) 3070 openings and (6) 4040 windows that let natural sunlight inside.

A snow load of 40 pounds and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional features added with respect for the distinct seasonal differences and precipitation patterns common in and around the Firth area. Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this prefabricated steel shop building in Wausaukee, Wisconsin, in late June of 2019.

Attractive, multifunctional and engineered specifically for use in Wisconsin’s variable climate, the building features premium-quality steel construction, resulting in unmatched structural integrity. Undergoing use as a shop, the Charcoal Grey-colored steel building stands 26’x35’x12’ in size and has a wide, clear-span design, which frees up as much usable interior square footage as possible.

The roof of the building has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of durable, heavy-duty Galvalume panels. The building also features a number of important customizations made in accordance with local building code requirements and with respect for the sometimes-heavy snowfall seen throughout the region, including a high, 60-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
