Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a client in Baltimore, Maryland.

Offering unmatched strength, durability and energy efficiency, the building now operates as a shop for its owner. It stands strong in the face of harsh weather, pests and other potential hazards, and it features a Light Stone exterior and a fully erect size of 38’8”x63’3”x20’. Its corrosion-resistant roof is comprised of rugged Galvalume metal panels and offers a 3:12 pitch, while (4) framed openings serve as additional features, among them (3) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 10’x10’ opening.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Manistee, Michigan.

Highly energy efficient, the building is crafted from premium-quality steel components and is now used as a shop. When fully erect, it stands 60’x120’x20’ in size, and it boasts a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (4) framed openings, which include (1) 16’x16’ opening, (1) 14’x14’ opening and (2) 3070 openings.

Installed in the shop’s roof is high-performance R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. The building also features a high snow load of 60 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph. This Garco steel shop building is 80’x100’x18’ with a 1:12 pitch.  In meeting the requirements of a high wind area, this building is rated for a wind load of 90 MPH and has a ground snow load rating of 20 PSF. It features white walls and a galvalume roof and four doors.  They are 30’x16’, 20’x16 and two 3’x7’ walk doors.
