Metal Building in Newcastle, California

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Newcastle, California, in November of 2019.

Used as a protective cover, the durable, easy-to-erect steel building is 25’x40’x20.5’ once raised and has an open, unobstructed interior that maximizes usable space. High overhead clearance makes it ideal for storage, warehouse, automotive/RV or similar use, while its top-of-the-line steel construction maximizes protection for assets kept inside.

The roof of the prefabricated steel cover has a 1.5:12 pitch and is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting. Additional features include a 110-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load, which reflect local climate characteristics and keep the metal cover compliant with appropriate building codes in place in Newcastle.

Located in Northern California’s Sierra Nevada Foothills, Newcastle is part of Placer County. It sits about 12 miles northeast of Roseville and 30 miles outside Sacramento.
