Metal Building in Newcastle, California

Used as a protective cover, the durable, easy-to-erect steel building is 25’x40’x20.5’ once raised and has an open, unobstructed interior that maximizes usable space. High overhead clearance makes it ideal for storage, warehouse, automotive/RV or similar use, while its top-of-the-line steel construction maximizes protection for assets kept inside.

The roof of the prefabricated steel cover has a 1.5:12 pitch and is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting. Additional features include a 110-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load, which reflect local climate characteristics and keep the metal cover compliant with appropriate building codes in place in Newcastle.
