Saddle tan in color, the attractive and low-maintenance metal building is now used as a shop. Crafted from top-quality steel materials, it stands 60’x110’18’ in size once fully erect and is covered from above by a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (6) framed openings, including (4) 14’x14’ openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.
Also included are (6) gutters and downspouts to help divert water off the roof and away from the building’s foundation, and a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs. serve as additional building features. The latter two additions were included to enhance overall durability given the climate and weather patterns typical of the region. Constructed from Nucor Building Systems components, the first of the two pre-engineered buildings stands 12’x18’12’ and has a 2:12 roof pitch, while the second of the two stands 10’x40’x10’ with a 2:12 roof pitch. The City of Greenville experiences inconsistent weather patterns and typically sees an average of 16 lbs. of snowfall per year, and as such, these steel buildings both have a ground snow load of 20 lbs. They were also both constructed with wind speeds of 90 mph.
Greenville lies within Bond County, Illinois, and is considered a part of both the St. Louis Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Metro East region of Illinois. It lies about 69 miles outside the City of Springfield, Illinois, and about 884 miles from Decatur, Illinois.

Distributed throughout the shop are (5) framed openings, among them (1) 12’x12’ opening, (2) 3070 openings and (2) 10’x10’ framed openings. Additional accommodations include a 35-pound snow load and a 90-mph wind speed rating, inclusions made with the variable climate and seasonal snowfall common throughout the Hanna area in mind. An unincorporated community in northern Indiana, Hanna is a sparsely populated community that falls within LaPorte County’s Hanna Township. The highly durable, energy efficient metal building stands 45’x35’x12’ in size and is crafted from top-of-the-line steel components. It is now used as a shop, and its roof is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 4:12 roof pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (5) framed openings, among them (3) 10’x10’openings housing (3) 10’x10’ steel-backed insulated sectional overhead doors and (2) 3’x7’ openings enclosing (2) 3’x7’ steel insulated walk doors designed for convenient user access.
To dramatically reduce the building’s energy bills while enhancing interior comfort year-round, R-19 metal building insulation can be found in the structure’s roof and walls. A wind speed of 115 mph and a high snow load of 60 lbs. serve as additional building features and were included in consideration of the climate and weather patterns of the Soda Springs area, which sees ample seasonal snowfall. To reduce energy bills associated with the building while helping keep building users cool and comfortable year-round, R-30 metal building insulation is installed within the roof, while R-19 insulation can be found in the walls.
In consideration of the climate of Avondale and the surrounding area, a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional building features. An unincorporated community located within Pueblo County, Avondale is situated about 38 miles outside Rocky Ford and 16 miles from the city of Pueblo.
