Metal Building in Saraland, Alabama

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Saraland, Alabama, in late March of 2016.

Now used as a shop, the building is crafted from premium-grade steel components, and it stands 30’x52’x14’. Overhead is a rugged and exceedingly durable Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch. Inside the steel building are (9) framed openings varying in size and purpose. Among them are (2) 10’x12’ openings housing (2) 10’x12’ Model 500 wind-rated roll-coil doors, (6) translucent skylight panels, each sized 3’x10’8”, and (1) 3070 20-gauge win-rated walk door with a lever lock. Additionally, the building boasts a high wind speed of 130 mph, given the Saraland area’s typical climate.

A part of southwestern Alabama’s Mobile County, the city of Saraland sits about 10 miles from Mobile and about 4 miles outside Chickasaw.

Metal Building Outlet was pleased to provide this prefabricated metal shop building for a customer in Oklahoma in late September of 2019.

Currently undergoing use as a shop, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction, resulting in unmatched strength and durability. Standing 40’x80’x18’ in size, it offers high overhead clearance, enhancing overall versatility, and it also has a broad clear span that maximizes usable space by eliminating interior columns.

Covering and protecting the steel shop from above is a robust and corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof with a 3:12 pitch, and the shop also boasts (2) framed openings, which include (1) 12’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x12’ door and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. Other customizations include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 15 pounds; both of which keep the building in compliance with building code requirements while making it especially well-suited for its particular environment.

A top producer of natural gas, oil and agricultural products, Oklahoma covers a variety of different terrain. The state borders Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, New Mexico and Colorado.

Steel Shop Building in Edgar, Wisconsin

Metal Building Outlet was proud to supply this prefabricated steel shop building in Edgar, Wisconsin, in September of 2019.

Offering the strength, durability and damage resistance Wisconsin’s variable climate demands, the steel building stands an expansive 75’x120’x16’ in size and currently operates as a shop. It features high overhead clearance that enhances functionality, while a robust and corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch provides a solid layer of protection from above.

Distributed throughout the spacious metal shop are (5) framed openings, among them (3) 20’x14’ openings and (2) 14’x14’ openings. A high, 50-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional customizations made with regard for the shop’s geographic location as well as the building codes governing construction at the address.

Rugged, durable and designed to withstand Wisconsin’s sometimes harsh climate, the building is comprised of premium-quality steel components and stands 65’x100’x12’ in size. Currently undergoing use as a shop, it boasts a broad clear span, which maximizes usable space, and high overhead clearance, which enhances versatility.

The metal shop’s roof is comprised of robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 2:12 pitch, and (6) framed openings serve as additional customizations. Included are (3) 10’x10 openings, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 6070 door opening. Other accommodations made in consideration of the climate and building codes in place in the Holcombe area include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 5-pound snow load.

Situated along Wisconsin’s Chippewa River, the unincorporated community of Holcombe sits within the town of Lake Holcombe, in Chippewa County. The area sits north-northeast of Cornell and about 185 miles outside Green Bay.

Metal Building in Vershire, Vermont

Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Vershire, Vermont, in February of 2016.

Brick red in color with a complementing evergreen painted metal roof with a 4:12 pitch, the building stands 50’x80’x16’ in size and now serves as a shop. Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the durable, low-maintenance building has (5) framed openings inside that vary in terms of size and function. Included are (3) 12’x12’ openings, (1) 8’x6’ opening and (1) 3070 commercial walk door with a lever lock.

Also included in this project is an insulation package. Installed in both the roof and walls is R-13 metal building insulation, which not only helps to reduce energy costs, but also helps muffle outside noise while improving interior comfort year-round. The shop building also features a wind speed of 120 mph and a snow load of 60 lbs., inclusions that were made given Vermont’s typical weather patterns.

A town located within east-central Vermont’s Orange County, the town of Vershire lies about 58 miles outside Lyndon and about 31 miles from the state capital of Montpelier.
