Boasting charcoal gray paint and a burnished slate-colored roof with a 3:12 roof pitch, the durable, low-maintenance steel building now serves as a shop for the owner. Crafted from hardwearing, top-quality quality steel components, the building stands 40’x60’x20’ when fully erect. Inside it are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door for convenient user access. Additional project features include a wind speed of 110 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs. These inclusions were made during the construction process to enhance durability given the climate typical of Bellingham and the surrounding region.

The largest city in northern Washington’s Whatcom County, the city of Bellingham lies about 52 miles outside Oak Harbor and about 29 miles from Mount Vernon.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Winnsboro, Texas, in late February of 2016.

The rugged, rustic red metal building has an accompanying burnished slate-colored metal roof with a 2:12 pitch, and it boasts a finished size of 50’x60’x14’. It is constructed from hardwearing, top-quality steel components and now serves as a shop for the owner. In total, the structure has (16) framed openings, among them (3) 12’x12’ openings housing (3) 12’x12’ roll-coil doors, (1) doorframe opening housing (1) 3070 commercial walk door, (3) 3040 windows, (1) 3030 window and (8) additional window panels.

Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the building also features an insulation package. Installed within the roof is R-13 metal building insulation, while R-10 insulation can be found within the walls. In consideration of the Winnsboro area’s humid-subtropical climate, additional building features include a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs.

The city of Winnsboro is located in northeastern Texas and has land in both Franklin and Wood Counties. It sits about 40 miles north of Tyler and about 23 miles outside Sulphur Springs.

Light stone in color with burnished slate trim, the building, now used as a shop, stands 50’x200’x18’ when fully erect. Overhead is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and inside the metal shop building are (12) framed openings; (8) 12’x16’ openings and (4) that enclose 3070 walk doors. Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the building boasts R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in its walls. In addition to drastically slashing energy costs, the insulation serves as a sound barrier and enhances interior comfort year-round for building users.

Additional features include a high wind speed of 150 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. These inclusions were made to enhance durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns common throughout the Brownsville area.

To enhance the building’s energy efficiency and help it maintain comfortable, consistent interior temperatures year-round, R-13 insulation is installed in the building’s walls, and R-19 insulation is installed overhead in its roof.

In consideration of the typical climate patterns of coastal California, the steel building is constructed with a wind speed of 110 mph. A city located in Southern California’s Santa Barbara County, Lompoc is situated about 55 miles from Santa Barbara and 27 miles outside Santa Maria.

Used as a shop, the metal building is 40’x60’x14’ in size and is covered overhead by a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. The building boasts (2) 12’x12’ framed openings, both of which enclose one of (2) 12’x12’ insulated sectional garage doors. Also included in the building project is (1) 3070 walk door and (6) 24’x6’ garage door windows to maximize natural sunlight inside.

 

In consideration of the typical climate of the Godley area, the shop building was engineered with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 3.5 lbs. at the time of construction.
