Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel building for a buyer in Fishtail, Montana, in June of 2019.
Located in the foothills of the rugged and scenic Beartooth Mountains, this pre-engineered metal building undergoes use as a shop, and it offers the strength and durability mountain life demands. It stands 40’x60’x16’ in size and has a wide clear span that maximizes floor space, and it also features high overhead clearance, making for a particularly versatile and spacious environment.
Protecting the interior of the steel shop is a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch, and (3) framed openings serve as additional shop features. Versatile, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, this building stands 40’x60’x14’ in size once erect and currently undergoes use as a shop. It has an attractive, Desert Sand-colored exterior, while its durable, protective roof has a 1:12 pitch and is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal.
In its roof and walls, the metal shop has layers of R-13 insulation, which help create a more comfortable work environment while simultaneously lowering energy expenses associated with the property. The metal shop also has (3) framed openings in different size, among them (1) 12’x12’ opening, (1) 3070 walk door opening and (1) 32’x10’ opening. Insulated to ensure user comfort and energy efficiency, the durable, hardwearing structure is comprised of premium-grade steel components. Saddle tan in color and standing 30’x40’x16’ in size, the building boasts a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch overhead, and distributed throughout it are (3) framed openings varying in size. These include (1) 10’x10’ opening, (1) 16’x14’ opening and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.
The building, which functions as a shop, includes an insulation package, with R-13 insulation installed within its roof and walls. Rugged, energy efficient and built to last, the (2) buildings are comprised of premium-quality steel components. They differ in size, with the first standing 40’x40’x14’, and the second, 20’x40’x11’. Together, the structures function as a shop, and they both boast hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs overhead, though the first building’s roof offers a 3:12 pitch, and the second, a 1.5:12 roof pitch.
To keep energy costs down and building users comfortable throughout the year, the buildings also feature an insulation package. Installed within the buildings’ roofs is high-performance, R-30 insulation, while both structure contain R-13 insulation within their walls. There are also (6) framed openings distributed between them, which include (1) 12’x12’ opening, (2) 8’x7’ openings and (3) 3020 openings enclosing (3) 3020 windows.
