Now serving as a shop, the building is comprised of top-of-the-line steel components, while overhead, a Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects the inside from the elements and damage.
Installed in the prefabricated metal shop’s roof is R-10 insulation, which considerably reduces energy bills associated with the building while helping the interior maintain consistent, comfortable temperatures. Additional accommodations include a high, 140-mph wind speed rating and (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x12’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x12’ walk doors and (1) 3070 opening equipped with (1) 3070 walk door.
