Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building kit for a customer in Tomball, Texas, in November of 2019.

Now used as a commercial building, the structure stands 75’x160’x17’ when raised, offering ample space and high overhead clearance. Constructed using heavy-duty steel components, the metal commercial building fares well in the face of extreme temperatures and weather, and it has robust Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead that resists corrosion, helping prevent moisture-related damage.

As far as accessibility, the steel commercial building has (4) 4’6”x4’ walk doors. It also features a 5-pound snow load and a 130-mph wind speed rating in consideration of building code requirements and the strong storm and occasional tornado activity that comes through Tomball and the surrounding area.

Located in eastern Texas, Tomball falls within Harris County. It is located about 34 miles north-northwest of Houston and about 30 miles east of Prairie View.
