Trio of Steel Storage Buildings Supplied in Granby, Colorado
Metal Building Outlet supplied these (3) pre-engineered steel storage buildings for a client in Granby, Colorado, in March 2023.
Located at an elevation of about 8,000’, the mountain town of Granby sees heavy seasonal snowfall, and these (3) metal storage buildings protect goods stored inside from inclement weather, extreme temperatures, pests, fire and other common construction hazards. Metal Building Outlet delivered one main storage building and (2) steel lean-tos to the property address, with one of the lean-tos remaining open to the outdoors, while the other is partially enclosed.
The (3) buildings feature a number of noteworthy customizations and upgrades, including a 2’ end wall overhang that creates covered outdoor space and a 70-psf snow load instead of a standard, 30-psf snow load. Durable and designed for Granby’s variable climate, the (3) steel storage buildings offer unmatched structural integrity and are completely recyclable once no longer needed.
