Metal Building in Victor, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal building in Victor, Idaho in mid-December of 2020.

Now used for recreational purposes on the grounds of a family lodge, the building offers superior strength and durability thanks to high-quality steel construction. Insulated to maximize energy-efficiency and ensure appropriateness for year-round use, the building stands an expansive 30’x50’x12’ once erect and features an open, clear span design well-suited for athletics and recreation.

Overhead, the metal recreational building has a rugged Galvalume steel gable roof with a 3:12 pitch, and it also features (2) 3’x7’ framed openings, each of which encloses one of (2) 3’x7’ commercial-grade white insulated walk doors with lever locks. The steel recreational building also boasts several additional customizations, including a 2’ overhang along all walls and a high-performance insulation package.

In its roof, the steel building contains an R-30 double-banded insulation system, while the walls contain an R-25 Energy Saver insulation system. A 110-mph wind speed rating and a high, 109.2-psf snow load are additional features added in adherence to local building codes and regulations.
