Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a client in Wagram, North Carolina, in January of 2018.
Attractive, energy efficient and easy to maintain, the building now serves as an aqua storage building, and it boasts an eyecatching Cobalt Blue exterior. Standing 30’x30’x12’ in size upon erection, the water storage building offers extreme durability, holding strong in the face of pests, strong winds and other potential hazards.
Overhead, a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch helps protect against corrosion, and (3) framed openings serve as additional features. Included are (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door and (2) 10.x10’ openings, each equipped with one of (2) 10’x10’ metal doors.
An insulation package comprised of R-10 insulation within the storage facility’s roof and walls helps regulate interior temperatures while minimizing energy bills, and several additional accommodations further enhance durability with respect for the climate characteristics of the region. These include a 98-mph wind speed rating and a 10-pound snow load. A small town set within south-central North Carolina’s Scotland County, Wagram lies about 10 miles from Laurinburg and 18 miles outside Gibson.
