Light stone in color, the durable and low-maintenance Louisiana metal building is now used as a shop, and boasts a finished size of 60’x100’x16’. Covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, the building contains (6) framed openings. These include (2) 12’x14’ openings, (3) 3070 walk doors and (1) 6070 door. In an effort to maximize durability regardless of the weather patterns and occasionally strong storm and hurricane activity of the Walker area, the building was constructed with a particularly high wind speed of 130 mph.

The City of Walker is located within Livingston Parish, in southern Louisiana. It sits about 79 miles from New Orleans and 21 miles outside Baton Rouge.
