Metal Building in Washington, Georgia
Metal Building Outlet was the provider of this pre-engineered metal building in Washington, Georgia in early March of 2021.
Spacious, secure and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the metal building now serves agricultural purposes and is 60’x60’x18’ in size. A wide clear span and high ceilings enhance versatility, and a hardwearing Galvalume gable roof offers protection from above.
The steel agricultural building has (5) framed openings that allow building users and equipment in and out. In the roof and walls are 3” of fiberglass insulation with heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing serving as a protective cover over the blankets. The insulation package lowers lifelong heating and cooling costs while keeping interior temperatures comfortable and consistent.
Engineered to comply with the building and engineering codes in place at the build site, the metal farm building also boasts a 7-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load.
