Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Watford City, North Dakota, in late August of 2020.

Attractive and highly customized to meet the owner’s specific needs, the building features superior-quality steel construction and is now in use as a shop. Following a simple erection process, it stands 60’x60’x16’ in size, featuring a wide clear span, high overhead clearance and wainscoting along the exterior.

The building has a painted, corrosion-resistant roof with a 2:12 pitch providing protection from above, and (11) framed door and window openings are additional project features. Included are (4) 12’x12’ door openings, (3) 3070 walk door openings and (4) 4’x3’ windows.

The metal shop also has several climate-related accommodations that maintain compliance with local building and engineering code requirements, among them a 14-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
