Metal Building in West Liberty, Iowa
Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in West Liberty, Iowa, in October of 2021.
Standing 60’x100’x20’ in size, the insulated, highly energy-efficient metal building undergoes use as a shop. Versatile and structurally sound, it has a clear span and high ceilings, making the most of available space.
A corrosion-resistant, double-slope steel roof sits overhead and has a slight 2:12 pitch, and (4) framed openings allow easy access inside. The roof and walls of the metal shop contain Energy Saver insulation systems, which resist heat flow and lower heating and cooling costs. The roof of the steel building contains a 9.5” R-30 Energy Saver insulation system in White, while the walls contain an 8” R-25 White Energy Saver System.
Engineered to adhere to the building codes in place in West Liberty, the metal building also arrived at the build site partially assembled, shortening construction time and lowering related costs.
