Steel Building in Williams, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Williams, Arizona in November of 2020.
Spacious, durable and easy to maintain, the building offers uncompromised strength and durability and now undergoes use as a shop. Comprised of top-of-the-line steel parts, the workshop stands 40’x60’x16’ in size, offering high ceilings that easily accommodate large equipment or extra storage.
The roof of the shop is comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume Plus steel paneling. It has (4) framed door openings serve as additional customizations.
The metal shop also boasts 120’ feet of gutters and (6) downspouts, which prevent condensation and moisture-related damage by keeping water away from the roof and foundation. An eco-foil vapor retarder adhered to the roof panels is another customization that helps keep the shop’s interior cool during the summer and warm during the winter. Other enhancements were made in adherence to local building and engineering codes including a recommended wind speed rating and snow load.
