Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a client in Willits, California, in April of 2019.

Offering unparalleled strength and durability, the building is comprised of rugged, high-end steel components, and it now serves miscellaneous purposes for its owner. Once raised, the metal building stands 50’x60’x14’ in size, and it features an open, clear-span design that creates an obstruction-free interior.

The steel building boasts a striking, Fern Green exterior, while a complementing Charcoal Grey roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, offering a solid layer of protection from the elements. The metal building also features (4) framed openings throughout, which include (1) 3070 opening, (1) 10’x10’ opening and (2) 4030 window openings that allow natural sunshine into the space.

Supplemental features added in adherence to local building code requirements include a 110-mph wind speed rating and a 10-pound snow load. Rugged, durable and designed to last for generations, this building provides a safe, secure space to store goods, perform work or utilize for any number of other purposes.

Part of Northern California’s Mendocino County, the city of Willits is known as the “Gateway to the Redwoods.” The community sits about northwest of Ukiah and about 135 miles outside San Francisco.
