Metal Building in Wingate, North Carolina
Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Wingate, North Carolina in February of 2021.
The cold-formed steel building is rugged, lightweight, and economical and differs from traditional steel construction in that its components undergo fabrication through a variety of “cold” procedures, such as rolling, stamping and pressing. Once raised, the attractive, Burnished Slate-colored steel building is 40’x60’x16 and has Light Stone-colored trim and a broad clear span, meaning it lacks interior columns or supports.
Overhead, the durable, low-maintenance metal building boasts a hardwearing Mocha Tan-colored roof with a 4.85:12 pitch, and (3) framed door openings serve as additional customizations. Included are (1) 12’x14’ framed opening, (1) 8’x8’ framed opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening.
Engineered to comply with all building and engineering codes currently in place across Wingate, the cold-formed steel building also features a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 10-psf roof snow load.
