Combining rugged durability with optimal energy efficiency, the shop building stands 44’x60’x18’ in size and currently serves as a shop. It features an unobstructed, space-maximizing clear-span design and high ceilings that enhance functionality and usability, while its hardwearing, corrosion-resistant steel roof offers a 1:12 pitch.
In the steel shop’s roof is R-30 fiberglass insulation, while R-19 insulation sits within the building’s walls. In addition to making the workshop more comfortable and more suitable for year-round use in Colorado, the insulation keeps outside noise at bay and energy bills at a minimum.
