Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal building for a buyer in Wynne, Arkansas in October of 2021.

Now undergoing use as a shop, the insulated, climate-controlled metal building offers optimal strength and durability thanks to premium-quality steel construction and has an attached, 14’x46’ roof-only metal lean-to. When erect, the main metal shop building is 30’x46’x14’ in size, boasting a broad clear span and high ceilings that enhance overall versatility.

Black in color with complementing Charcoal Gray trim, the steel shop also has a matching Black gable roof overhead. Additionally, it has (5) framed door and window openings throughout, which include (1) 12’x10’ overhead door opening, (2) 3’x7’ walk door openings enclosing (2) 3070 Gray insulated steel walk doors with lever locks and manual lifts, and (2) 6’x4’ framed window openings.

An insulation package makes the metal shop highly energy efficient while keeping heating and cooling bills low. In the roof of the shop is a 6” layer of R-19 insulation, while the walls contain 4” of R-13 insulation. The insulation blankets have WMP-VRR facing with 6” taped tabs adhered to the interior-facing side, giving the shop’s interior a clean, polished appearance.

Other project customizations include a 10-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
