Economical, adaptable and durable enough to withstand strong winds, pests and heavy usage, the building boasts a finished, fully erect size of 30’x25’x15’. Now functioning as a shop, the building features a broad, unobstructed clear-span design that provides plenty of room to store gear and perform work, and overhead, it features a rugged Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Additional accommodations include (2) 6’4”x7’2” framed openings and several enhancements made with the distinct seasonal temperature and climate differences of the area in mind, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 25-pound snow load. A part of southern Pennsylvania’s York County, the city of York is known as the “White Rose City.” The community sits about 26 miles south of Harrisburg and roughly 36 miles outside Hershey.
