Metal Building Outlet provided this rugged, pre-engineered metal building in Yucca Valley, California, in mid-February of 2018.
Engineered to last and insulated to ensure interior comfort, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction, and it now operates as a workshop. Once completely erect, it stands 62’x22’x11’ in size, and overhead, it boasts a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch.
An insulation package consisting of R-13 insulation within the shop’s roof and walls keeps energy bills low and interior temperatures consistent while enhancing noise control, and the steel workshop also features a wind speed rating of 110 mph and a snow load of 20 pounds in consideration of the climate characteristics of the region.
